  We absolutely love this place, the kids have endless amounts of fun. It's clean. Quiet at all the right times, and the beach is huge and sandy. I can't say enough how much we enjoy coming back every year. And to top it off, there is now a registered massage therapist on site who is wonderful, so even something for mom!!

  There is so much to do here, most cost a small fee so bring money with you for the entertainment etc, its not a true camping experience but its great for family fun and for the little ones who were just learning about sleeping in a tent.

  Stayed for 2 nights in one of their double lots with friends of ours. It was perfectly located between the washrooms, beach, the lane to the store etc. There was a little park right beside our lot as well so the kids (4 & 6) could go play independently Ann's we could still keep an eye on them.

  We had a great vacation as a family. Kids were busy the whole time. Beach is well kept with lots of sand. Couple of negatives would be the closeness of the full service sites and some of the kids parks are very run down. A couple of investments in some new parks could go along way. New shower house is nice and the others were kept clean for what a shower house is. The registration staff could smile a bit as well. Grandmas kitchen staff and arcade/candy staff were happier. It is true some of the activities cost money but you only spend it if you really want too. Nice place and we will probably return in the future with hopes there will be more upgrades to the parks.

  Had a wonderful time in Group 1 Site. Superb location. Very close to the beach and other activities. The beach was very clean and well-maintained. The water was clear and shallow, which was great for small kids. WASHROOMS/SHOWERS close to Groups 1 and 5 sites (by the motel) were new and super clean! Well worth the $2 token for showers that staff said should last for 6 minutes but felt more like 8 to 10 minutes. Staff were very friendly. A well-organized place. Lots of things to do for families. Will be back next year for sure. Future improvements could include dish washing stations similar to the ones at Banff's Tunnel Mountain Village 2 (even if it's coin operated, I'll support it). Some of the playground equipment could use an upgrade. The basketball court could also use an upgrade. One of the posts onto which the hoop was screwed looked like the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

  The restaurant also offers gluten free menu items and desserts, and there is a specialty coffee stand if you don't want to fend for yourself.

  Great place for families. The sites without sewer hookup are all well treed. Lots of kids activities. Nice to see they've upgraded one of the shower houses and one of the playgrounds. Beautiful well maintained and large beach with shallow water. They put on the best fireworks show we'd ever seen before on August long weekend. We spent a week there and the kids didn't want to leave. Good for bike riding with kids too.
